Culinary Uses:

Used to add flavour to dishes, especially sauces and as a garnish.  Stronger flavour than the curled form and can be used to make an excellent sauce for use with white fish or Gammon.  High in Vitamins A, E and C along with Iron.

 

Other Uses:

Can be frozen for use out of season.

 

Larger form of Parsley with an excellent flavour.  Dark green, flat leaves on taller plants.  Keep picking to prevent it from going to seed.
